Psychotherapy & Counselling · Toronto
Evidence-based psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, and the complexity of daily life.
My approach
My first priority is building a therapeutic relationship within a safe and supportive space. This provides the essential foundation for change and transformation.
I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities and weave them together intuitively — meeting each person exactly where they are, and building a plan that reflects their unique needs and goals.
Sessions may be covered through your extended health insurance plan.

About Nicholas
From a young age I was drawn to questions of psychology, spirituality, and what it means to genuinely grow and change. My own experience with depression and anxiety as a teenager became the seed of both deep empathy and a committed professional calling.
I have been practising psychotherapy for over 15 years, and have been in full-time private practice for the past five. Prior to that, I served as clinical leader for the Mental Health Program at a large Family Health Team in Toronto, taught at Centennial College, and spent several years on a crisis and suicide intervention team.
I am a lifelong learner — always reading, always curious, and a firm believer in the wisdom that comes through travel and human connection.
